To be entitled to our dealer benefits inclusive of dealer discounts, annual rebate etc., your firm must be active in the aviation training products business, that is, in the primary business of selling aviation training products and/or aviation training services directly to pilots, AME's or flight dispatchers. Government agencies and departments, public, private or college/university libraries, individual persons not directly involved in an aviation training related business, police authorities and departments, church/missionary flying departments, aircraft manufacturers, military/Canadian forces or private contractors funded/subsidized by the government to provide military pilot training services, private air operators and charities are all NOT considered by us to be primarily involved in the aviation training products business and are not eligible for dealer status of our products. Bookstores selling to the general public are considered to meet our basic dealer eligibility requirements.

The dealer discounts that we apply depend on the dealer's past annual purchases from us, net of discounts, shipping and taxes, excluding rebates. See our Dealer Discount Tiers.

Individual persons interested in selling aviation training products are eligible for authorized dealer status based on our Independent Dealer Program (IDP).

We reserve the right at our option to refuse to award or to revoke dealership privileges or to change eligibility requirements for a particular discount level at any time and in our sole discretion.
