Where taxiway holding positions have not been established, aircraft waiting to enter an active runway should normally hold

(1) clear of the manoeuvring area.
(2) 50 ft from the edge of the runway.
(3) 150 ft from the edge of the runway.
(4) 200 ft from the edge of the runway.
