Part 10: Clearances and Instructions

10.03  A pilot, after accepting a clearance and subsequently finding that all or part of the clearance cannot be complied with, should

(1) disregard the clearance.
(2) comply with only the part that is suitable.
(3) comply as best as possible under the circumstances to carry out the clearance and need not say anything to ATC.
(4) comply as best as possible under the circumstances and advise ATC as soon as possible.
