Section 1, Air Law, s. 1.13, General Operating and Flight Rules, Alcohol or Drugs - Crew Members: Transport Canada has recently increased the waiting time before flying following the consumption of alcohol to 12 hours from 8 hours.

Section 7, Flight Operations and Human Factors, s. 7.28, Medical Factors, change "8 hours" after the consumption of alcohol to "12 hours".
